TONERinx NOW RECYCLES CELL PHONES!
TONERinx has recently teamed up with an international organization that refurbishes used cell phones then distributes them throughout the world, depending upon where the particular technology is most in demand. Our focus since 1999 has been on reducing e-waste in our local neighborhoods. And this program further enhances that commitment by reusing items that are no longer needed in our community.

If your cell phone is not on the list, feel free to send it to us anyway. We'll be sure that it is properly recycled as e-waste.

GETTING USED CELL PHONES TO US
In the local area, we are glad to pick up quantities of ten or more items (a combination of cell phones and/or printer cartridges). We set up most of our larger donors (usually community-minded businesses) on a recurring pickup schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, etc). However, we can also pick up on an on-call basis. Please sign up or give us a call if you have any questions. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU PROTECT THE CELL PHONES WELL SO THAT THEY CAN BE REFURBISHED. Cell phones can be damaged in our recycle bins or in transit. Please secure them in the best way that you can to prevent damage. We can't pay for cell phones that are damaged. Please include batteries and chargers where possible.

If it would take you too long to collect ten or more cartridges, you should utilize our prepaid mailer program. We are presently finalizing our prepaid mailer program and should have it up and running soon.
